General Information

Yes, we are 100% real! We are a small business located in Windhoek. We take all of our own photographs and ship directly from our warehouse, in traditional boutique style.

No, not yet, but very soon we will. Currently, we are an online only boutique. However, we offer local order pick-up at our “warehouse”. Just choose “Self Collection” at checkout and we’ll give you a call when your order is ready.

Yes, we do! We are happy to offer shipping to all corners of Namibia. Our rates are N$25 for Windhoek or surrounding areas, and N$65.00 for any other part of the country.

In Windhoek, within 24 hours. The estimate delivery time is 1-3 working days for any other part of the country, or up to 7 working days for extreme remote areas. Please note that these are estimates and the actual delivery time might vary due to reasons out of our control.

Nope. You can check out as a guest without creating an account.
However, if you already bought from us before and are planning to buy from us in the future (which we hope is the case :), it is worth creating an account so that you can have your shipping details pre-filled and jump straight to the final step of the checkout.

Payment & Returns

We accept almost all payment methods in Namibia, from major credit / debit cards, E-wallets, Cash, PayToday and Bank transfer into our bank account.

If you choose to pay via bank transfer, transfer the total amount into our bank account and send us the proof of payment via E-mail or Whats App. Your order will be on pending status until we receive the payment in our account.
If the payment is not received within 3 working days since the order was placed, the order will unfortunately be cancelled. Please contact us if you need more than 5 working days or if you have any questions regarding the bank transfer.

Returns and exchanges at Triven Boutique are very easy! If you would like to return or exchange an item, contact us, fill in the returns and exchanges form and send the item(s) back in the original packaging with the original invoice. We will process your request within 7-14 days upon receipt of the package. PS: We only accept returns not older than 10 days.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept any returned item that has already been used. All the returns have to be in original packages and labels, and it must be in unused condition. We reserve the right to refuse the refund or exchange if the item is not in unused condition.

Of course! Simply indicate the delivery address at the checkout process so that we can send the gift on your behalf. We will include a delivery slip without the price information inside the package. We can also include a personal note on your behalf (don’t forget to tell us in the comment field what to write.
